Return Policy

Our customers are the most important part of our business! We want you to be happy throughout the entire process, from checkout to receiving your new pair of handcrafted boots. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous U.S. so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no scratches, wear, bruises or dirt), and in their original AMAZONE packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once our warehouse in California has received your returned shipment, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be issued. We always try to process returns as fast as possible, but if it has been longer than two weeks, please email us at

Free Shipping and Standard Shipping ($7.00)

Free shipping is the best, right? For all orders over $95, you will receive free shipping on us. We've got your back (and feet)! 

For orders at $95 or lower, we will apply a flat rate of $7.00 for shipping.

Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. We currently do not ship to certain states in the USA as well as to international countries.

Address Changes

Our team is very diligent in picking and packing orders to get you your boots quickly! With this in mind, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to change the shipping address; however, if the shipment has already been received by our carrier, we will not be able to change your address.

Defective/Flawed Products

We are really happy and proud of our boots' quality. However, if you see any manufacturing flaw when opening your shipment, please email us at so that our customer service team can assist.
